AI agents for real businesses

Your team stops doing busywork.

Logan Business builds AI agents that read your inbox, book your meetings, chase your paperwork and file the reports — working quietly in the background while your people do the work that actually needs a person.

Live in about two weeks. No coding on your side.

The problem

Skilled people, stuck on admin.

Every small business has the same leak: hours a day disappearing into things that follow a rule — sorting mail, retyping invoices, reminding clients, copying numbers between two screens. It is not hard work. It is just endless.

An AI agent is not a chatbot that answers questions. It is a worker with access to your tools and a job to finish — and it tells you what it did.

  • 01

It reads and writes, not just talks

Connected to your real email, calendar and files, so the result lands where the work already lives.

  • 02

It runs on a schedule, or on a trigger

Every morning at 7, or the moment a new enquiry arrives. You set the rule once.

  • 03

You approve anything that leaves the building

Draft, review, send. Nothing goes out under your name without your say-so.

How it works

Three steps. Two weeks.

We do the setup with you on a call, then hand over something that runs on its own. No new software for your staff to learn.

STEP 01

We map the work

A short call to find the two or three jobs that eat the most time — and check they are the kind an agent should own.

STEP 02

We build and connect it

Your agent gets its job description, its tools and its guardrails. We test it against last month's real work before it goes live.

STEP 03

It runs. We watch it.

You get a short daily summary of what it handled. Anything it is unsure about comes to you as a question, not a mistake.

Capabilities

What it can take off your desk.

Start with one job and add more as it proves itself. Most customers begin with inbox triage and are running three agents within a month.

CORE

Inbox triage and reply drafting

Every message read, sorted and labelled — enquiries, invoices, suppliers, noise. The ones that need you arrive with a drafted answer and the context to send it in one click. The rest are already filed.

priority rulesdraft repliesdaily digest
SCHEDULING

Meetings that book themselves

It reads the request, finds a slot that actually works, sends the invite and reschedules when plans change.

PAPERWORK

Documents, filled in

Quotes, invoices and forms populated from your own records — no retyping, no copy-paste between screens.

RESEARCH

Answers with sources

Ask about a supplier, a competitor or a regulation. You get a short answer and the links it came from.

REPORTING

The Monday numbers, at 8am

Figures pulled from your sheets and tools into one summary, written the way you actually read it.

CONTROL

You stay in charge of anything that leaves the building

Approval before sending, spending limits, a full log of every action taken and every message sent. Turn any agent off from a single screen — and it stops, immediately.

In practice

Three agents, one ordinary week.

Names and numbers below are illustrative examples of the shape of the work, not customer case studies.

07:00 — digest written
07:04 — 41 emails sorted
07:06 — 3 flagged, drafts ready
09:12 — 2 meetings booked
17:30 — nothing left in the tray

The inbox agent

A trades business was losing the first two hours of every day to email. Now the owner opens one screen, reads three summaries and sends three pre-written replies. Everything else is already filed, quoted or politely declined.

intake — new enquiry received
lookup — matched to last year's quote
draft — proposal built from template
hold — awaiting your approval
sent — 4 minutes after you said yes

The quoting agent

An agency's proposals used to take a day each. The agent assembles the draft from their own past work and price list, then waits. The person who used to type it now checks it.

Mon 08:00 — week planned
Wed 11:00 — two deadlines chased
Thu 16:00 — supplier late, flagged
Fri 16:30 — summary to owner

The operations agent

Jobs, deliveries and deadlines tracked in one place, with the chasing done before anyone has to remember it. Problems surface on Thursday afternoon instead of the following Tuesday.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Will it read all my email?
It reads what it needs to do the job you gave it, and you choose which mailbox or folder that is. You can see every action it takes in the log, and revoke its access at any time from your Google account.
What if it gets something wrong?
Anything with a consequence — sending a message, agreeing a price, paying something — waits for your approval. If it is ever unsure, it asks instead of guessing. And if it goes wrong, we fix it at no cost.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set it up with you on a call, and from then on you talk to it in plain language — the same way you would brief a new member of staff.
How long until it is running?
About two weeks for a first agent: a week to map the work and connect the tools, a few days of testing against real examples, then it goes live with you watching.
What happens to our data?
It stays with the tools you already use — your Google account, your drive, your systems. We do not copy it elsewhere, do not use it to train anything, and we delete what we hold if you leave.
